بررسی تجربی و عددی هیدرودینامیک انژکتور مارپیچی و ارائة پارامترهای حل سازگار با مشخصات اسپری
استفاده از انژکتورهای مارپیچی از جمله روشهای متداول و مناسب در اسپری مایعات است. در این مقاله، نخست عملکرد این نوع انژکتورهای تکپایه بهروش تجربی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. سپس، اثر دو پارامتر هندسی مهم در این انژکتورها؛ یعنی قطر اوریفیس خروجی و زاویة مارپیچ، بهعنوان کمیتهایی که اثر غالب دارند، بررسی شده است. نتایج تجربی نشان میدهد که کاهش زاویة مارپیچ و افزایش قطر اوریفیس خروجی، قطر میانگین ساوتر قطرات را افزایش میدهند. در ادامه، شبیهسازی عددی اسپری انژکتور پیچشی با استفاده از نرمافزار متنباز اوپنفوم در دو تست مختلف انجام و پارامترهای ضریب شکست اولیه و پارامتر توزیع در مدل عددی بهصورتی سازگار با نتایج تجربی و در محدودة فشاری پایین ارائه شده است. نتایج عددی نشان میدهد که انتخاب مقادیر 5 و 3 برای ضریب شکست اولیه و همینطور مقادیر 3 و 2/3 برای پارامتر توزیع بهترتیب در تستهای اول و دوم، سرعت و توزیع اندازة قطرات حاصل از اسپری را با دقت خوبی پیشبینی میکند. با استفاده از ثابتهای بهدستآمده میتوان اسپری مخروطی توخالی انژکتورهای مارپیچی در محدودة فشاری پایین (پایینتر از 15 بار) را از این پس مستقل از نتایج تجربی مدلسازی کرد.

تعیین محدودة مناسب عملکردی انژکتورهای مورد استفاده در محفظةاحتراق گردابهای موتور سوخت مایع بهروش تجربی
محفظة احتراق گردابهای نسل جدید محفظة موتورهای سوخت مایع است که در آن با چیدمان متفاوت انژکتورها، یک جریان گردابهای درون محفظة احتراق ایجاد میکنند. این گردابه کمک زیادی به خنککاری و افزایش میزان اختلاط مولفههای پیشرانه در محفظة احتراق میکند و میتوان در یک محفظه با حجم کوچک، احتراقی کامل ایجاد نمود. در این نوع محفظهها چند نوع انژکتور در نقاط مختلف مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد که شامل انژکتورهای گریز از مرکز، جریانی و گردابهای (مماسی) میباشند. در پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و آزمون تجربی این انژکتورها جهتِ بررسی تأثیر پارامترهای هندسی آنها بر مشخصههای هیدرودینامیکی با استفاده از سیال عامل آب انجام شده است. نحوة تشکیل اسپری، اندازهگیری دبی، افت فشار و زاویة پاشش انژکتور از جمله مشخصههای هیدرودینامیکی است که بررسی شدهاند. نتایج حاکی از تطابق قابل قبول پیشبینیهای طراحی و عملکرد انژکتورهاست. بر این اساس، ضمن انتخاب انژکتورهای گریز از مرکز و جریانیِ پاشندة سوخت و اکسیدکننده به محفظه، نشان داده شده است که افزایش تعداد انژکتورهای مماسیِ گردابهای تا شش عدد، یکنواختی بیشتری در جریان بالارونده از محفظة گردابهای ایجاد میکند، اما زاویه ورودی آنها تا 5 درجه تأثیر چندانی بر بالاروندگی ندارد.

کاهش تولید آلایندة اکسید نیتروژن در محفظة احتراق هواچرخشی با استفاده از هوادهی در مجرای سوخت
در این مقاله تحلیل عددی اثر همزمان هوادهی در مجرای سوخت و سرعت چرخش هوا بر تولید و انتشار اکسید نیتروژن در یک محفظة احتراق استوانهای انجام شده است. در این راستا، مخلوط استوکیومتریک متان - هوا در یک محفظة هواچرخشی با احتراق آشفته و غیرپیشآمیخته در نظر گرفته شده است. تأثیر هوادهی در مجرای سوخت در نسبت همارزی ثابت و در اعداد چرخش صفر، 0/48، 0/68 و 1/08 بررسی شده است. برای مدلسازی آشفتگی جریان از مدل k−ε و جهت برهمکنش آشفتگی - احتراق دو مدل PDF و EDM اعمال شدهاند. مقایسة نتایج شبیهسازی عددی با مقادیر تجربی نشان میدهد که مدل PDF بههمراه مکانیزم زلدویچ برای پیشبینی پارامترهای احتراق چرخشی مناسب است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که در هر عدد چرخش، یک درصد هوادهی مشخص وجود دارد که به ازای آن علاوه بر احتراق کامل میزان تولید آلایندة NO به حداقل میرسد. همچنین بدون هوادهی در مجرای سوخت، اعمال چرخش در هوای ورودی منجر به افزایش دمای خروجی و افزایش تولید اکسیدهای نیتروژن در محفظه میشود. نتایج تحلیل عددی نشان میدهد که در عدد چرخش 0/48، هوادهی در مجرای سوخت به میزان 2/5 درصد، منجر به احتراق کامل، افزایش دمای متوسط خروجی و همچنین کاهش تولید آلایندة NO خواهد شد.

بهینهسازی سازة سکوی پرتاب قائم موشک پرتابشونده از روی زمین به روش المان محدود
سکوهای پرتاب عمودی از جمله تجهیزات زمینی موشکهای تاکتیکیاند باشند که از آنها برای استقرار و نگهداری موشکها در وضعیت پرتاب، عمودسازی و سرویس در زمان آمادهسازی و پرتاب استفاده میشود. شکل سازة گهواره و ابعاد آن، به بارهای مؤثر و اندازه و وزن موشک بستگی دارد. در اکثر سازة گهوارهها دو تیر، که توسط اتصالات عرضی بههم متصل شدهاند، بهعنوان عضوهای اصلی میباشند. المان قاب فضایی برای طراحی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و کد المان محدود برای محاسبة تنش و تغییر شکل در سازه، در نرمافزار متلب نوشته شده است. همچنین برای بهینهسازی از روش الگوریتم ژنتیک استفاده و کد این الگوریتم نیز در نرمافزار متلب تدوین شده است که برای محاسبة تنش و تغییر شکل در سازه از کد المان محدود نوشتهشده بهره میگیرد. هر یک از کدهای نوشتهشده با مثالهای حلشده صحتسنجی شده که نتایج مطلوبی را نشان میدهد. تابع هدف وزن سازة گهواره بوده و جابهجایی و تنش تسلیم بهعنوان قیود و مشخصات هندسی سطح مقطع، متغیرهای طراحی میباشد.

تحلیل تجربی و عددی رفتار فروریزش محوری و مایل لولههای دوجدارة مخروطی تحت شرایط مرزی دوسرگیردار
لولههای جدارنازک بهدلیل ارزانی و وزن اندک طی سالیان متمادی بهعنوان جاذب انرژی وسائل نقلیه همچون قطار، خودرو، کشتی و جز اینها مورد استفاده قرار گرفتهاند. در این مقاله پاسخ انرژی جذبشده لولههای مخروطی دوجداره تحت بارگذاری محوری و مایل بررسی شده است. در مطالعة آزمایشگاهی لولههای دوجدارة مخروطی آلومینیمی بهروش چرخکاری ساخته شدهاند. لولههای دوجداره از هر دو انتها ثابت شده و بین دو صفحة صلب تحت اثر بارگذاری شبهاستاتیک قرار گرفتهاند و بار محوری و مایل با اعمال نیرو به انتهای بخش فوقانی نمونهها اعمال میشود. سپس نحوة فروریزش نمونه، تغییرات نیرو و مقدار انرژی لازم تعیین میشود. مدلی برای شبیهسازی فرایند فروریزش با استفاده از تحلیل اجزای محدود ارائه و اثر رفتار غیرخطی مواد، تماس و تغییر شکل بزرگ در این شبیهسازی در نظر گرفته شده است. مقایسة نتایج آزمایشگاهی و شبیهسازی نشان میدهد که مدل ارائهشده برای تعیین پاسخ فروریزش و تعیین نمودار نیرو - جابهجایی و میزان انرژی جذبشده مناسب است. از مدل صحهگذاری شده برای بررسی پارامتری چون شرایط تکیهگاهی و زاویة بارگذاری استفاده شده است. نتایج این مطالعه بهوضوح مزیت استفاده از لولههای مخروطی دوجداره را بهعنوان جاذب نشان میدهد.

ارتعاش جانبی صفحة گرافنی تکلایه تحت تأثیر میدان مغناطیسی دو بعدی با روش مربعات دیفرانسیلی
در این مقاله، معادلة حاکم بر ارتعاش جانبی صفحة گرافنی تکلایه تحت تأثیر میدان مغناطیسی دوبعدی درونصفحهای، با احتساب نیرو و ممان خمشی ناشی از آن، برای شرایط تکیهگاهی مختلف برای نخستینبار توسط روش مربعات دیفرانسیلی بررسی شده است. برای تعیین معادلة حاکم بر ارتعاش صفحه از تئوری غیرمحلی با در نظر گرفتن نیروی مغناطیسی لورنتز بهره گرفته شده است. پس از استخراج معادله دیفرانسیل حاکم، معادلة حاصل بیبعد شده و فرکانس ارتعاش به ازای شرایط تکیهگاهی مختلف بهدست میآید. اثر سفتی بستر الاستیک، پارامتر غیرمحلی، نسبت منظر ورق و اثر میدان مغناطیسی دوبعدی بر فرکانس پایه مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج این بررسی نشان میدهد که افزایش سفتی بستر الاستیک، پارامتر غیرمحلی و نسبت منظر سبب افزایش فرکانس پایه میشود. اما اعمال میدان مغناطیسی دوبعدی داخل صفحهای باعث کاهش سفتی خمشی، افزایش نیروی فشاری داخل صفحهای و در نتیجه کاهش فرکانس پایه میگردد.

طراحی قانون هدایت بهینة غیرخطی برای اهداف با مانور بالا براساس روش معادلات ریکاتی وابسته به حالت
در این مقاله با استفاده از روش کنترل بهینه معادلات ریکاتی وابسته به حالت، یک قانون هدایت جدید برای موشک بر علیه اهداف با قابلیت مانور بالا طراحی شده است. دلیل استفاده از روش معادلات ریکاتی وابسته به حالت، عدم نیاز این روش به خطیسازی معادلات حاکم بر دینامیک مسئله و سادهبودن آن در پیادهسازی است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق ارائة قانون هدایتی است که بتواند نقصان قوانین هدایتی کلاسیک را برای اهداف با مانور بالا جبران کند و همچنین مقایسهای بین قوانین هدایتی کلاسیک ناوبری تناسبی و تعقیب محض با قانون هدایتی ارائهشده صورت گیرد. گفتنی است معیار بررسی سه قانون مطرحشده، مجموع شتاب وارده بر موشک و زمان نهایی مورد نیاز برای اصابت به هدف در نظر گرفته شده است. لذا در سه حالت هدف ثابت، هدف متغیر با سرعت ثابت و هدف متغیر با شتاب (سرعت متغیر) و به ازای شرایط اولیة مختلف این قوانین با هم مقایسه و محدودة کاربردی هر یک مشخص شده است. در پایان با هدف بررسی رفتار قوانین و تعیین وابستگی هر کدام به پارامترهای مختلف، آنالیز حساسیتی به ازای تغییر در پارامترهای اساسی صورت انجام شده است.

طراحی کنترلر برگشت به عقب تقویتشدة تطبیقی و مقاوم برای رباتهای پرندة چهارملخه
در این مقاله کنترل حرکت ربات چهارملخه با یک روش جدید برگشت به عقب تقویتشده ارائه شده است. با توجه به غیرخطی بودن معادلات دینامیکی، طراحی یک کنترلر مناسب جهت پایدارسازی وضعیت روی مسیر حرکت دلخواه ضروری است. برای کنترل ربات، از روش برگشت به عقب استفاده شده است. در روش برگشت به عقب مرسوم، عبارتهای غیرخطی سیستم در قانون کنترلی ظاهر میشوند. بنابراین قانون کنترلی به اطلاعات دقیق عبارتهای غیرخطی مدل دینامیکی وابسته است. در این پژوهش عبارتهای غیرخطی ظاهرشده در کنترلر برگشت به عقب توسط روش تقریب تابعی، بهصورت ترکیبی از توابع پایه وزندار، تقریب و وزن توابع توسط قوانین تطبیقی مبتنی بر عملگر تصویر تخمین زده شدهاند. بنابراین عدم نیاز کنترلر پیشنهادی به اطلاعات عبارتهای غیرخطی مدل دینامیکی، از مزیتهای اصلی آن است. تحلیل پایداری سیستم توسط تئوری لیاپانوف انجام شده است و برای اعتبارسنجی روش پیشنهادی، نتایج چندین شبیهسازی حرکت ربات چهارملخه ارائه شده است. با توجه به نتایج شبیهسازی، روش کنترلی پیشنهادی بهخوبی ربات را در نزدیکی مسیر مطلوب، با وجود حضور نامعینی مدل دینامیکی و اغتشاشات خارجی، قرار داده است.

تحلیل حساسیت دیفرانسیلی میکروژیروسکوپ ارتعاشی سه درجه آزادی
در این مقاله رفتار میکروژیروسکوپ ارتعاشی سه درجه آزادی، که دو درجه آزادی در راستای حسگر و یک درجه آزادی در راستای تحریک دارد، پس از بررسی مدل کامل سیستم شامل بخشهای مکانیکی و الکتریکی، با استفاده از روش تحلیل حساسیت گرافیکی و دیفرانسیلی مطالعه و تحلیل شده است. برای این منظور نخست معادلات حاکم بر عملکرد میکروژیروسکوپ استخراج شده است. در شبیهسازیها، بازة فرکانسی عملکرد حسگر بررسی و تغییرات ولتاژ خروجی حسگر نسبت به تغییر پارامترهای بخشهای مکانیکی و الکتریکی سیستم تحلیل حساسیت شده است. طبق دستهبندی نتایج تحلیل حساسیت، پارامترهای حساس شامل جرم ثانویه ، ضریب گذردهی، طول و عرض ساختار، و مؤلفههای ولتاژ مستقیم و متناوب ولتاژ تحریک اعمالی میباشد. سیستم دارای حساسیت نسبتاً کمتر نسبت به پارامترهای فاصلة اولیه صفحات خازن و ضریب سختی بوده و نسبت به تغییرات جرم اولیه ، جرم ساختار دکوپلهکنندة و مدول یانگ غیرحساس است. نمودار تغییرات ولتاژ خروجی نسبت به پارامترهای جرم ، ضریب سختی و فاصلة اولیه بین الکترودهای خازنی کاملاً غیرخطی است و در برخی نواحی شیب بسیار تندی دارد که میتوان با طراحی این متغیرها در ناحیة مناسب، تغییرات خروجی را بهنحو مطلوبی کنترل کرد.

طراحی مفهومی و بهینهسازی کشتی هوایی ارتفاع بالا بهوسیلة الگوریتم ژنتیک
در این مقاله روشی جهت طراحی مفهومی کشتیهای هوایی ارتفاع بالا ارائه شده است. با در نظر گرفتن یک بار محموله و بهکمک روش ارائهشده، طراحی برای یک نمونة خاص انجام شد و پس از اعتبارسنجی طراحی انجامشده، بهینهسازی شکل بدنة کشتی هوایی بهکمک الگوریتم ژنتیک و براساس تابعی ترکیبی شامل مساحت سطح، درگ محیطی و تنش حلقهای وارد بر پوسته صورت گرفت. ابعاد هندسی، ضریب درگ حجمی، حداقل تنش حلقهای وارد بر پوسته و وزن اجزای مختلف از جمله پارامترهای خروجی این روش طراحی میباشد. از نتایج بهدست آمده مشاهده میشود که طراحی انجامشده بهوسیلة متدولوژی حاضر مطابقت خوبی با یک نمونة عملی انجامشده دارد. همچنین بهکمک این روش، طراحی جهت کمترین پسای آیرودینامیکی، کمترین وزن و کمترین مساحت سطح پوسته بهصورت جداگانه و بهوسیلة الگوریتم ژنتیک حاصل شد. در ادامه برخی تحلیلهای حساسیت انجام شد و میزان حساسیت طول کشتی هوایی بهعنوان مهمترین پارامتر هندسی کشتی هوایی نسبت به پارامترهای متفاوت طراحی بهدست آمد. در پایان براساس مقادیر بهدست آمده در یکی از بهینهسازیهای انجامشده چیدمانی کلی برای زیرسیستمهای متفاوت پیشنهاد شد.
