This investigation uses an experimental setup known as a small-scale high-altitude test facility with compressed air as the working fluid. Using numerical simulation, the physical phenomena occurring in each stage of vacuum generation have been identified and analyzed. The results show that the process of vacuum generation in the high-altitude simulator of the second throat type with the presence of Thrust Optimum Parabolic (TOP) nozzles included four stages. In the first stage, the vacuum was gradually created by using the nozzle in the free shock separation (FSS). In the second stage, which started as soon as the transition from the FSS pattern to restricted shock separation (RSS), the vacuum generation was slow and accompanied by oscillation. Vacuum generation was gradual in the third stage, which corresponds to the beginning of the shock separation with recirculation(SSR) and continues until the end of regular reflection (RR). And finally, the last stage also coincides with the structure of expanded, under-expanded conditions, the impact of the jet exiting the nozzle with the diffuser wall, and the establishment of start-up conditions, creating a vacuum at a slower rate than in other stages.}, keywords = {High Altitude Test Facility,Thrust Optimized Nozzle,Start process,Second Throat Diffuser}, title_fa = {مطالعه تجربی و عددی فرایند راه‌اندازی تست نازل سهموی در محیط شبیه‌ساز ارتفاع بالا}, abstract_fa = {در تحقیق حاضر، به بررسی تجربی و عددی فرایند راه‌اندازی دیفیوزر گلوگاه ثانویه همراه با یک نازل نوع سهموی با نسبت انبساط 35 در فشار کل نسبتا پایین، پرداخته شده است. در این بررسی از یک بستر آزمایشگاهی موسوم به تجهیزات تست ارتفاع بالا در مقیاس کوچک با سیال عامل هوای فشرده استفاده شده است. به منظور بررسی عملکرد لحظه‌ای، فشارگذاری در محفظه نازل به صورت آنی انجام گرفته و فشار محفظه خلاء و توزیع فشار استاتیکی در طول دیفیوزر اندازه‌گیری شده است. با استفاده از شبیه‌سازی عددی، پدیده‌های فیزیکی رخ داده در هر مرحله از ایجاد خلاء شناسایی و تحلیل شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که فرایند ایجاد خلاء در شبیه‌ساز ارتفاع بالا نوع گلوگاه ثانویه با حضور یک نازل‌ سهموی بهینه تراست (TOP) بسیار متفاوت از سایر کانتورهای متداول مخروطی و ایده‌آل می‌باشد. در این نازل هنگامی که الگوی جدایش مستقل از موج ضربه ای حاکم است، روند تخلیه محفظه خلاء به صورت تدریجی و هموار است. اما هنگامی که الگوی جدایش مستقل از موج ضربه ای RSS در نازل برقرار می‌گردد، ایجاد خلاء به کندی و همراه با نوسان پیش می‌رود. با گذار الگوی جدایش از RSS به SSR (جدایش شاک همراه با ناحیه چرخشی) مجددا نرخ تخلیه محفظه خلاء افزایش می‌یابد. پس از برقراری جریان مافوق صوت کامل در نازل، ایجاد خلاء با نرخ بسیار کندتری نسبت به شرایطی که نازل تحت شرایط جدا شده عمل می‌کرد، انجام می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {تجهیزات تست ارتفاع بالا,نازل سهموی بهینه تراست,فرایند استارت,دیفیوزر گلوگاه ثانویه,شبیه‌سازی عددی}, url = {https://www.astjournal.ir/article_697514.html}, eprint = {https://www.astjournal.ir/article_697514_ab772292383817e93281ac472626282c.pdf} }
