Abstract

Ensuring the high level of operational characteristics of aerospace structures is one of the most important problems of modern production. This is especially true of the space industry, as spacecraft are complex and expensive equipment that must be used for a long time. At present, satellites have a fifteen-year life cycle, the production of their components requires a great deal of effort in the choice of materials and manufacturing technology. The solution to this problem is not possible without the use of the latest composite materials and advanced technologies. In the present paper, the fiber rotational texture technology is proposed for the production of aerospace composite structures with high strength and temperature stability. An algorithm for obtaining the reinforcement angle and the type of fibers and adhesives, an algorithm for obtaining the technology parameters of the rotating tissue machine and an algorithm for correcting the reinforcement angle and the axial speed of the mold within the machine are proposed. A sample structure has been constructed and tested. Software and experimental studies have been performed to validate the algorithms.
